Warm Ears Headband
If you post a picture somewhere else on the internet of
an item that you have made from my patterns, please be kind to provide the
direct link to my website. Do not change names of my patterns. I’ve worked
hard on these patterns and changing the name does not change the pattern. This
is a copyrighted pattern. Be respectful of that fact.
I used scrap yarn and a H hook. The entire headband is stitched in both loops.
Ch 12, dc in 4th chain from hook. Ch 3, *skip 1 ch, 2dc in next ch (group); rep
from * ending 1 dc in last ch. Ch 3 and turn. Row 2: Do 2 dc in space between
the dc’s of each 2-dc group of Row 1, ending 1 dc in top of turning ch. Ch 3,
turn. Repeat Row 2 for 31 rows (3 year old) or add more rows for an older child.
I used 32 rows for the ones I donated to the school. Sc the edges together and
fasten off and weave in ends.
