This picture is after felting. In the felting process, the square twisted a little so it's a little off being square now.
Scrap 100% wool
H hook
Row 1: Ch 30, hdc in 3rd ch from the hook, hdc across, ch 2 and turn.
Rows 2-19: Hdc in each st across, ch 2, turn. Fasten off. Weave in ends.
Felt in washer.
