F Hook
Scrap Simply Soft yarn
1 Goody small hair band
Round 1: Attach yarn with a sl st to the hair band. Ch 1, then ch 23 around the hair band. Sl st tog.
Round 2: Ch 3, dc in each st around. Sl st tog.
Round 3: Ch 3, 2dc in same st, *skip one st, 3dc in next. Repeat from * around. Sl st tog.
Round 4: Ch 1, *skip one st, 5dc (shell) in next st. Skip next st, sc in next st. Repeat around. Sl st tog. Fasten off and weave in ends.
