F Hook
Scrap baby yarn
1 Goody small hair band for skirt
Skirt:
Round 1: Attach yarn with a sl st to the hair band. Ch 1, then ch 23 around the hair band. Sl st tog.
Round 2: Back Loops Only: Ch 2, *hdc, next st 2hdc. Repeat from * around. Sl st tog.
Round 3: Ch 2, hdc, ch 2, 2 hdc all in same st. *Skip 2 sts, 2hdc, ch2, 2hc in next st. Repeat from * around. Sl st tog. Fasten off.
Halter:
Row 1: Ch 8, LEAVE a 3" tail, sc in 2nd ch from hook. In Back Loops Only, sc across. Turn.
Row 2: Ch 1, sc across. Both Loops.
Row 3: Repeat Row 2.
Row 4: Ch 1, sc decrease, sc across, in last st sc dec. Turn.
Row 5: Ch 1, sc across. Fasten off.
Make 2 more ties. SO there is a tie at all four corners. Weave in extra ends.
Tie around Pony around neck and around front legs.
