Scrap baby yarn
1 Goody small hair band
Round 1: Attach yarn with a sl st to the hair band. Ch 1, then ch 24 around the hair band. Sl st tog.
Round 2: Ch 4, sc in next st. Repeat around. Sl st tog. Fasten off and weave in ends.
