E hook
Scrap worsted weight yarn
Ch 15, fasten off. Leave about 4" tails on either side.
Attach yarn with a sl st to the back of the chain. Ch 2 and hdc across.
Ch 3, dc, ch 2, 2 dc all in the same st. *Skip 2 sts, 2dc, ch2, 2dc in next st. Repeat from * across. (5 shells)
Turn, sl st to ch 2 sp, ch 3, dc, ch 2, 2dc all in that space. Do 2dc, ch2, 2dc (shell) in ch 2 space from previous row. (5 shells)
Fasten off and weave in ends.
It ties to the front of the pony.
