small amount of worsted weight 4 ply yarn
H hook
Row 1: Ch 14, hdc in 3rd ch from the hook, ch 1, hdc in same st. *Skip 2 sts, hdc-ch1-hdc in next st. Repeat from * across. End with hdc in last st. Ch 2 and turn.
Row 2: Hdc in the ch 1 sp from the previous row, ch 1, hdc in same sp. *Skip over tonext ch 1 sp, hdc-ch1-hdc in that sp. Repeat from * across. End with hdc in last st. Ch 2 and turn.
Rows 3- 42: Repeat Row 2. Fasten off and sew up the ends to make a band and weave in ends.
