Scrap yarn
Row 1: Ch 15, dc in 4th ch from hk. Ch1, dc in same st. *Skip 2 sts, 2dc, ch1, dc all in next st. Repeat from * across end with dc.
Row 2: Ch 3, turn. *2 dc, ch 1, dc in the ch 1 space from the previous row. Repeat from * across.
Row 3-33: Repeat Row 2.
Fasten off and weave in ends.
This is for an adult. For a child, do not do as many rows. Check with your child's head.
