I hook
Scrap Fun Fur
Scrap Red Heart Plush yarn
2 small shanked buttons
Handcuff part: Make 2.
Row 1: Ch 7, hdc in 3rd ch from hook, hdc in each st across. (6sts) Ch 2, turn.
Row 2: Hdc in each st across. Ch 2, turn.
Rows 3-18: Repeat Row 2. Fasten off and weave in ends.
Sew button on. I used a small black button with a shank on it. It buttons right through the yarn and holds nicely.
Strap: Attach yarn to side of one of the cuffs, Ch 25, sl st to other cuff and fasten off, weave in ends.
