I hook
1 skein (3.5 oz)Bernat Pink Camouflage yarn (very hard to find...Walmart had a little bit of it)
Gauge doesn't matter in this project.
Uses sc and dc stitches.
Row 1: Ch 150, turn.
Row 2: Dc in the 3rd ch from the hook. Both loops. Dc in each st across. Turn.
Row 3: Ch 1, sc in each st across Back Loops Only. Turn.
Row 4: Ch 3, dc in each st across Back Loops Only. Turn.
Row 5: Ch 1, sc in each st across Back Loops Only. Turn.
Row 6: Ch 3, dc in each st across Back Loops Only. Turn.
Row 7: Ch 1, sc in each st across Back Loops Only. Turn.
Row 8: Ch 3, dc in each st across Back Loops Only. Turn.
Row 9: Ch 1, sc in each st across Back Loops Only. Turn.
Row 10: Ch 3, dc in each st across Back Loops Only. Turn.
Row 11: Ch 1, sc in each st across Back Loops Only. Turn.
Row 12: Ch 3, dc in each st across Back Loops Only. Turn. Fasten off and weave in ends.

I hook
1 skein of worsted weight yarn
Ch 200 instead of 150 and then follow the same pattern.
