13" doll (the doll I used is a Mattel 1992 blonde doll-I do not know the name)
Scrap yarn
K hook
Row 1: Ch 50. Fasten off.
Row 2: Count out 18 sts- in that st, attach yarn with sl st, sc in that st. Now do 13 more sc across. Ch 1, turn.
Rows 3-6: Sc across. Ch 1, turn.
Row 7: Sl st over 3 sts, sc across leaving the last 3 sts not worked. Sl st in those 3 sts to the end. Fasten off.
Row 8: Attach yarn with sl st to the last sc. Do 6 sc across. Ch 1, turn.
Row 9: Sc in each st across. At the end, ch 17 for one neck strap. Fasten off. Now go back and ch 17 for other side. Fasten off. Weave in all ends.
